Waiver and release of liability

By submitting your order, you, the Purchaser, agree to release ColorBlindWork, the Provider, and affiliates from any liability for harm or injury resulting from the consumption of the food product.

For all flower, plant and vegetable products purchased, the Purchaser acknowledges the inherent risks associated with consuming greenhouse and garden-raised plants.

Upon receipt of products ordered, the Purchaser acknowledges that they are voluntarily consuming the food product and are aware of the potential risks.

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from their consumption of the food product.

The waiver is binding on the Purchaser’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

By clicking submit, the Purchaser accepts and agrees to this waiver and release of liability.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Plant, flower and vegetable orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, and products cannot be exchanged. Apparel orders are NON-REFUNDABLE as these are purchased from a manufacturer at the time order is placed.

Business service items may not be cancelled after the service begins. See store pages for specific details. Product delivery and shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
